What customers say?

“ Located directly in front of Koshigaya Station's east exit, on the west side of the first floor of Koshigaya Twin City A City (opposite B City), this Chinese restaurant, as its name suggests, serves gyoza and other dishes. Rather than serving authentic Chinese food, it feels more like an extension of a local noodle shop, with reasonable prices and reasonably good flavor. While the restaurant doesn't have its own parking lot, there's a convenient municipal East Exit parking lot on the B City side. There's a decent amount of seating, mostly table seating. The large entrance and high ceilings mean the heating isn't efficient in the winter, making it feel cold, so we recommend finding a seat as far away from the entrance as possible. The specialty gyoza, though, is available for purchase both chilled and frozen for 370 yen each (300 yen on select days), so you can also just buy them. ”

“ Last Day of June, R6 I visited Gyoza no Manchu Koshigaya East Exit, a gyoza chain located on the first floor of a large building near the east exit of Koshigaya Station, my hometown, just before lunch. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly. While browsing the touchscreen menu, I discovered a solo drinking set! Draft beer, six gyoza, and yodoru tofu for 1,020 yen (tax included). I ordered it. The beer arrived quickly, followed shortly by the yodoru tofu. It was quick! The yodoru tofu was tofu on top of sunny lettuce, topped with yodoru chicken, making it a mild dish perfect for summer. The gyoza arrived a short time later. The gyoza skin was thick and the seasoning was mild, making it a dish even children could easily eat. Personally, the portion size is adequate for a solo drinker, but I wish it was a little stronger. But since it's a family-friendly chain, I guess it's fine. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the meal. ”

“ This gyoza restaurant is well-known among Saitama residents and is 30% as delicious. The menu is simple, consisting mainly of ramen, fried rice, gyoza, and rice. The gyoza skin is neither too thin nor too thick, and the dough is exquisite. The filling is rich in meat, making it very satisfying. The business style is similar to Hidakaya, but the gyoza here are one or two steps better. The store is located in Twin City, in front of the station. As it is a tenant, the interior is relatively clean, but there is no dedicated parking lot. The staff were cheerful and made a good impression. ”

“ I stopped in just to have a few drinks, and ordered the perfect solo drinking set, which consisted of a medium mug of beer, chilled tofu with saliva-dripping chicken, and gyoza dumplings. I wasn't quite satisfied so I ordered another Super Chuhai and a half cup of salt-boiled hiden beans, and was happy that the beans were from Yamagata. It was just the right amount to have a few drinks. ”

“ Payment is accepted by credit card, electronic money, and QR code. I paid with Mercado. Umani Ramen: ¥700 Fried Rice and Fried Dumplings Set: ¥780 Spicy Mapo Tofu and Fried Dumplings Set: ¥980 Yamitsuki Donburi: ¥600 I saw this place on TV, so I decided to give it a try. The Umani Ramen was loaded with vegetables and shrimp. It would have been even better if the sauce was a little thicker. The gyoza were primarily lean meat, giving it a healthy flavor. The fried rice was perfectly seasoned and delicious. The spicy mapo tofu was just the right amount of spicy, but it would have been even better if I could change the flavor midway through. You can choose between white rice and brown rice, and I chose brown rice. I chose brown rice for the Yamitsuki Donburi. The spicy soy sauce flavor of the Yamitsuki Donburi is similar to a Chinese rice bowl, but a little different. Tofu, Chinese cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, carrots, pork, and komatsuna? Some kind of leafy vegetable was stir-fried in fragrant oil, seasoned, and thickened. Overall, it had less oil than other Chinese restaurants, and felt healthier. ”

“ Gyoza no Manchu (Koshigaya East Exit Branch, Saitama Prefecture) I rarely post about famous chains, but I love Gyoza no Manchu. I've been into local Chinese restaurants lately, but they're hard to find in my area. It's been about three years since my last visit. If it were to be compared to Hidakaya and Osho, I'd definitely choose Manchu, which is 30% better. When I come to Manchu, I usually get the double gyoza set meal for 780 yen, but today I got the ramen and gyoza set meal for 1,070 yen. Manchu, with its vinegar and pepper sauce, is 30% better after all. ”

“ Saitama's proud restaurant If you're going to a mediocre ramen shop, this is the place to go Frozen gyoza are easy to cook and delicious, and they're great value for money 1. Arrange the gyoza in a frying pan without adding oil 2. Add 100cc of water for up to 9 gyoza 3. Cover and cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes 4. When there's still a little water left, add a moderate amount of sesame oil (recommended) to coat the entire pan 5. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes 6. When the gyoza start to stick, remove the lid and continue cooking over high heat 7. When there's a little smoke and a slight burnt smell, turn off the heat 8. Cover and steam for 1 minute 9. Poke the edge of the gyoza with chopsticks to slightly release them from the pan 10. Place a plate over the pan and flip vigorously to finish 11. Dip them in a sauce made with vinegar, a little soy sauce, and a lot of pepper, and enjoy with beer ”

“ When it comes to the flavors of Saitama, Gyoza Manchu is the place to go! The bottom of the gyoza is crispy. When you bite into it, the juices ooze out. These gyoza are meaty and firm. It doesn't have the soft, crunchy filling of a certain Gyoza restaurant like Gyoza no Osho, but rather feels like you're eating meaty gyoza. I'm a Manchu fan! For noodles, I personally like the tanmen. It's a traditional tanmen with the fragrant aroma of stir-fried vegetables. The stir-fried liver and leek set meal is also recommended. The ginger pork is incredibly delicious, with a strong ginger flavor that coats the sauce later. Try it! ”
